    Making a paysite for a friend and his girl. What to think about?

    Hi!

    I got this friend who´s girlfriend are REALLY hot and petite

    Now they called me and wanted to do a site around her.

    Because they make the content my part will be only to make designs and get traffic into the site since they know shit about the adult industry.

    Are there some shit I need to think about when it comes to model contracts and shit even if they are a amateur couple who make their own stuff?

    I will run the site for em for fun.

          Make sure you still have proper 2257 records on them, and model releases. If they break up, or someone checks the site you'll need to proper paperwork saying they both agreed to do the shoot, both were of age and etc.

          Get me on ICQ 139682480, i'll get you a copy of one of mine and you can edit it to fit what you need.

                              He's right - most "Casual sites" are so laxed that no paperwork at all is kept - and this is the fight waiting to happen. Get 3 original copies of each 2257 form, model releases, & ID's kept in 3 diferent fire proof safes SERIOUSLY. If you are doing this for fun & free then remember that when thier demands start rolling in: "We are not getting enough traffic, do something about that!" "It's my site, not yours, I'll tell you how to do it" "you are not pulling your fair share" etc, etc... Needless to say that you will get blindsided at least 4 times ayear with a site emergency or meltdown that you have to DROP EVERYTHING for and fix imediatley.

                              Just say "For fun & free" over & over again to yourself & them when (when, not if) these conflicts arise and don't take sides or YOU will become the argument. People get really weird about sex (swingers too) and the only way to work a threesome is to have strict rules ahead of time and never break them. Period. Good Luck.

                                                                              Will they have a chat room?
                                                                              How much time do they expect to spend on content?
                                                                              will they have other people on the site?
                                                                              Make sure you base the site couples screwing so when they break up over doing this, the site is not wasted.

                                                                                  The members will have a forum and a emailadress to write to the girl in question and she will answer their questions.


                                                                                  I was thinking on trading content with other single girl sites in a friend section and also have alot of other ideas but we will start out slow.

                                                                                  No hardcore at first just the girl nude and posing.

                                                                                  If they wanna do hardcore later on so be it but it´s up to them really.

                                                                                      Most often tell one to not put their balls on the line cuase they themselves wouldn't do it.... So you make the move you feel is best for you on this project. I know you are a kick ass webmaster and business man you'll have no trouble succeeding given all the tools to finish the job ;)
