Christ almighty... this girl has more problems than even I imagined.

The rash on her butt, feeling sick, the pharyngitis she was diagnosed with, and all the other stuff she mentioned, didn't come from the HPV (warts). She obviously already had that when she arrived. Those are all *classic* symptoms of an initial HIV infection. I believe rash and fever are the two biggest predictors of HIV infection after recent exposure.

I was also sort of suss about who infected who, but everything she just described sounds exactly like what would be expected if he had infected her that day. She seems absolutely clueless, though. Surely the AIM people told her she had basically every hallmark of a new HIV infection.
