This will be our first Cybernet on the west coast. I have always liked San Diego, but been very cautious about the more consertative atmosphere (but attendees have been pretty well behaved at our shows over the years) My supporters said - DO IT!
Mitch - we have just signed the papers, so details will be forthcoming later in Sept. The networking area is large, so we are thinking of combining some small inexpensive booths around the exterior. That way - exhibitors don't have to miss out on a thing - and it certainly gives them plenty of face time in a relaxed area. - as the networking bar, is where everyone hangs out.
People missed not having booths at Montreal, and knowing where to find the companys they were looking for. So, we will do a few. Sponsorships will be plentiful, as I am sure in this location - a lot of people are going to want to be involved!Comment

Well Brad, you should know that we haven't really had too many problems at Cybernets. We draw a more mature crowd, and haven't been known as a 'party show. Maybe that hurts attendance some, but we always get invited back by the hotels., and have excellent references.
....... and that is important when you are trying to do an event in a place like San Diego.
Perhaps, having an age limit of 21 helps a little too. But then, most know that I am only going to put up with so much nonsense, and consider this a business show. Anything illegal in the show locale, or destructive behaviour, just isn't tolerated. A smaller group may not be as profitible, but it is certainly less headaches. Anything over 1,000 gets out of hand much too easily.Comment
