That's great Sosa, but many are bitching. And I think there is a point to giving to much away on TGPs (I have several) and tours...

It makes the niche angle more important than ever..

same as usual really, though i think my conversions may be better where i send direct to the join page in some situations ( i also use recurring progs that dont do too much upselling on the inside to cut you out of rebills etc)

its tough now. Way too much free porn, most of the paysites these days are just stale bang bus copies.

The key is niche. But alot of the best niche sites use third party processors, and any one of those could go belly up at any time.

For us, sales are at record levels - A couple of tours need changing and we are doing this -

Ratios drop for several reasons:
1) Some of the big sites are simply over exposed
2) Many surfers have been caught in the past and are more careful now
3) Quality of the traffic you are generating

As for tours giving too much away - I do not think many experienced webmasters would do this.

The same can be said for sites running their own game via merchant accounts - I would trust ccbill over 90% of the programmes which are running their own systems

all these bang bus clone paysites have tons of movie trailers. Plenty enough for me to rub one out to. Why pay 24.95 and get caught up in some recurring billing, when theres massive amounts of free porn on the net.

To Much Free Porn.

We Give NOTHING away in the tour, and signups are Great.

To many pop ups, Can make the viewer close all windows, or sign up on something completely different.

Pop up blockers, for the sponsors that have pop ups that carry your code.

Many Many reasons...

To be competitive, your site has to be "value-added", whether you are an affiliate or an owner. There has to be some benefit why someone would visit you on a regular basis vs. some other site. If you figure out these elements, you will secure a stable income stream and don't have to worry so much about competition...

We are doing better now than we have ever done (as both CCBill and our webmasters can confirm) but if you are doing things the same as you were two years ago you are going to struggle.

The business has evolved and moved on and so have the surfers.

Its far more competitive now but if you are able to put something in front of the surfer that he wants to pay for you can make more money than ever before.
