According to her story Laura Roxx started breaking out with diseases the day after having sex with Darren James.

AIDS is constantly mutating (which is one of the things that makes treating it and finding a cure so difficult). If she decides to sue there is a very good chance that DNA tests can determine if the stain she has is the strain he has. Unless Darren James has a doctor willing to go to jail for him a subpeona or 2 could prove he had all the other diseases she claims to have gotten from him.

If we were talking about months I wouldn't be as suspicious but since we are talking 2-3 weeks between "the scene" and the HIV+ diagnosis I have to say the chances are huge her infection was prior. She can't even say what kind of tests she had. She left it up to whoever. I feel bad for her, but she was stupid and I wish her luck trying to sort things out but she is solely to blame for where she is. I think everyone involved that suggests a short-term test means anything realistically among people who make a living fucking is doing a HUGE disservice to anyone who reads/hears their drivel.
