Yeah thats one of my old monitors.
I am pretty impressed with this camara though, it is one of the first Cybershot camara's that ya can put attachment to for lenses. With 3.2 Megapixel's its proof that Film still shoots are toast in the next couple years.

You're right. I bought one, used it about 10 days, returned it and got a bad ass Olympus then I bought the Sony again for 20 bucks cheaper. It's a no brainer camera and the memory sticks are nice and cheap as fuck.Originally posted by AlienQ

BTW - When buying items of this sort it's always a good idea to "try" them ALL out for 10 days or so. Return it saying "Not happy with the quality". Works every time and you end up getting the one you want cheaper EVERY time. Circuit City is the best but you only have 15 days. Not that I "legally" have to ... using "fair use" but that it's more acceptable to this community.
I have a model (and her friend is considering too) that will provide me exactly what I want ...
Right now ... I am sorting through libraries AND libraries of galleries provided by LegendaryLars.com (notice sig) ...
And looking for a good photographer in Alberta.

The MPEGS come out really good. Put a 256 memory stick in there and you're good to go for about 30 minutes.

Oop another small fuss these memory sticks this camara uses by Sony are not Sandisk Flash Memory sticks they be SONY's stick.
The 16 Meg stick the Camara comes with is simply not enough get a couple 256's and ya will be set

pixels until I found out that it was 3.2 (simulated 5.1) and I asked
myself....why on earth would I need 5.1 megapixels, it takes up
memory per pic, I never print pics and on a 72DPI screen you
never see the fucking difference.....so I chose DSC-P72 aswell.
I have also a Nikon Coolpix 950 (old baby) also 3.2MP but it's
too big to drag around....that's the only reason I bought this
sony and of course because I shoot mpegs with it. I'll become
a daddy in December so I can shoot short vids from my boy.
As I live in another country as my family it will be great...I can
just put the movies for the family to see them
