the idea of having a license to have kids is a great one (especially if fines were put in place for having kids without a license) and people that disagree are probably amoung the ones that shouldn't be having kids.
It would help deal with teen pregnancies, over population, the type of people having kids, who shouldn't...etc.
Plus giving people a better base of information to start out with will be a benefit to some.Comment
