Yup, I remember you posting about it and I am going through a similiar deal (a bit more detailed since it's a full audit). They want 7% of all my signups I've made, but I've managed to pull out of that considering all my sponsors are in the USA. The way the auditor described it though, if I owned the paysite I would have to collect the 7% for everyone since there's no feasible way to tell who's canadian and who's not. We broke up after the 2nd one so at least she didn't get me for a 3rd.
The police located one of them at a huge porsche chop shop in slimey downtown LA. When I tell you there was nothing left but the shell I'm not kidding. I never seen a car so perfectly taken apart in my life. These guys got every part on the car.
And the real kicker using some grease they had written NICE PORSCHE on the body shell to add insult to injury.

nothing to do with the draft - i already own it. however, it needs to be detailed. there were plastic covers over almost the entire car/wheels/glass/etc - when they peal them off, they leave little bits of glue, which need to be removed...we'll miss you our friend. RIPComment
