I am guessing the comfused/"what the fuck" face is because you never knew that someone could so eloquently describe the process of erecting a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Then you laughed because you realized that it's ridiculously funny when people use complicated words and/or phrases to describe such an elementary event as the peanut butter and jelly sandwich making process.
