You could tell Coppell was getting pissed - like when he said something along the lines of 'Well thats all fine and good, but eventually we're going to be out of time and I won't be able to ask you the exact same question again'. He must have asked where the line was to be drawn fives times, without receiving a single straight answer.

Yes, let's hope the Pennsylvania prosecutors are as stupid as this guy was. Total deer in headlights. If extreme associates wins their case, it'd set a nice legal precedent - can't really think of any WORSE porn out there.

To me it's an issue of "community" standards.

What community? When they are FEDERAL charges.

What is the definition of "community"?

Did Extreme Associates advertise and promote it's products OFFLINE in the physical community?

Or did Extreme Associates promote it's products in a "cyber" community?

Whose "community" standards will be used?

Yes he used the mail I believe.

So if the "postal service" is going to be the definition of this particular community then expect the entire friggen internet to be as bland and boring as the entrance into my website.
