Dislikes:
-a 6-10 month queue in getting new titles streamed,
-frequent staff turnover (I have no idea who my account rep is anymore, I get dizzy watching them go by)
- when I call, there is never anybody around to help or they are moving or they are changing phone systems etc.
Overall though, considering that I have expended zero energy beyond sending in a master; I am willing to overlook the things I dont like. There is room for improvement though.
