Most people aren't going to call back a 1-900 number. Also many large companies have 1-900 numbers blocked in their phone system. Your idea seems similar to the 809 pager scam.

And there are also "chragebacks" on 1-900 calls. and i would *assume* there are guidelines on what you can charge.

This is a good question, since you would assume that the most popular 1900 numbers are different to net porn because you can talk with the chick on the other end.

Sure, there are webcams on the net, but 1900 numbers require use of your imagination, which many people find better sometimes. Or am I wrong?

Premium rate lines running fine in the UK and as far as I know running fine in USA - only problem is charge backs in US which you can't do in the UK
