No it's not all about brains. It's about connections, money, luck, brains ... etc etc.
But consider this.
George W. Bush can/could fly a fighter jer airplane.

George W. Bush was able to put together a group of investors, and buy a major league baseball team.
George W. Bush was elected Govenor of Texas. Twice.
George W. Bush was elected President.
George W. Bush is not a great public speaker, and is not qualified as an "Internet Message Board Keeper Of All Knowledge."
99.99% of his critics here, who muster such great insults as "He'd stupid!" ... "He's an idiot!" have NO qualifications, except the fictional "Internet Message Board Keeper Of All Knowledge."
The point is: The President of the United States is not the hairless ape the Democratic party, and the GFY branch of MENSA would like us to believe he is.
