      hmmm,
      they are talking about nude pictures of kids below 18 - so thats childporn and all they want is to put the site behind an avs - strange - really strange - this would mean nude girls and boys below 18 are allowed for viewers above 18 years ?

          I dont know the domain is part of a Free Toplist Host the admin deletes cp when he finds it or when its reported they are speaking about the domain in general not a specific subdomain its weird.

              i think they can put this site/domain on the index (tehoretical they could do this with every free site that does not use an avs system).
              The point is that they say they take legal action against the siteowner if he continues to make the site accessable to german minors. sandman - do you know the siteowner ? is the domain hosted in germany ? is the site legal in the us ??

                  Tom the domain is mine i got the letter today the site is not hosted in germany as far as i know i dont host it the person running the toplist host does. The domain hosts multiple toplists if one is found to have illegal content it gets deleted and the webmaster banned.

                  I verry well doubt they can do anything to me if they had a question about a perticular toplist i would have been more then happy to take a look at it i think its just a bunch of bullshit but im just wondering in case im wrong.

                      ok - than contact them and ask for the specific url - if it contains childporn (or pics of girls below 18) you get serious troubles (even in the us!) - if the site is legal in the us - dont worry anyway

                      their e-mail adress is on the first page of the letter - just drop them a note.

                      p.s. links to "artistic nude" sites are illegal as soon as they are on sites containing links to other sexual oriented sites - wich means if you run a model link list - nude pics of a 12 year old girl can be legal - if you run a porn link list - these "artistic nude pics" are illegal
