While I've never had a problem with chargebacks (.1% /4+ years)
At least your processor terminated you on their own accord, rather than have them forced to terminate you by Visa.
At least you have the opportunity to fix the problems, and go to another processor. If Visa had forced them to shut you down, you'd never get Visa again.Comment

One time I tried to get a decline from Probilling to test something, so I used an expired CC.
Well guess what, the sale went through
That's when we stopped even considering them as a 900 billing solution. I'm not sure if the sale became a refund later of what, but that's scary.

Is the members area still being kept up to date? That could be a cause of the chargebacks and possibly your termination with probilling.... You cannot put all your eggs in 1 basket, and you learn from all your mistakes. Probilling really does suck as they have the crappiest webmaster panel in the world, they dont even allow you to create free passes for yourself like Ibill does. Basically if your under 100 signups a month I would not even recommend processing transactions for a website, instead promote for another well established company with the traffic you are currently receiving. I believe this is what I am going to be doing, does anyone think this is a good idea for me to focus on?Comment
