Double anal is 2 penises up 1 rear. I've seen it in porn before, it's hard to imagine how it's possible, since taking 1 up there is hard enough but double is 2. I'ts physically possible, i've seen it with one guy on the bottom, girl in the middel and another guy on top. And anotther time the guys kind of squatting and getting it in there somehow.

Double penetration is one up the rear, 1 up the vag.
Taking turns is common, that happens all the time, I don't think there is a name for that.
