If just 1 patron of a nightclub who slept around was found to have HIV, nothing would be announced; it's be hidden. The Adult industry is standing up out of basic common decency, and it's labeled as a bad thing. I'm 100% agreeing with you here.
Adult industry in this case = integrity. Mainstream industry would = obscurity and spreading a disease.
