    mysterious pop ups

    Is it just me or do any of yall been noticing a small pop up like around 240X240 size that pops up on the lower right side of the screen just right above the time?

    i swear it pops up like 3 times a day on odd times,,,,its not coming from the sites i look at,,,i double checked the codes on the sites i look at to see if its an exit or entrance and it ain't..i checked all the website windows and nothing,,no time consoles or anything

    but what i noticed that it is very targeted to the site i just visited,,,ie business site,,biz advert pop up,,,,pornsite,,porn advert pop up..

    and this is the common part,,,The graphics all come from "DOUBLECLICK.COM"

    WTF do i got some spyware software or something in my system that pops them up??

              Been asking people about that as well, I keep getting popups on stuff that has no popups....everyone just told me to lay off the acid?????

                      I think this is from icq i have been on my comp with nothing but 1 explorer window runnung reading awi and i have got the popup i think aol is finally trying to make some $$$ with icq.

                              i hate pop ups..

                              everytime i visit ppl's site i tend to have my fingers near the ALT+F4 keys just incase any popups comes up.

                                  ACH!!!! Someone please get me a screen shot of this happening --- I don't know who's driving it, or how it's getting on your system but I had someone tell me the other day that there was a credit card app window popping up on our CCBill join pages sometimes -- and this is pretty much exactly the way he described it.

                                  Interfering with joins -- which is what I consider this to be -- is not something we take lightly, nor do our attorneys.

                                              I had this program called Hot bar installed on my IE. It makes your browser look pretty. Well it turns out, it was popping up consoles on random sites. Even adult ones Like the Hun who I know hates pop ups.. :0 Took it off and havent seemed to have the problem since..
