It didn't work for us. Even though they have very very few gay sites listed we didn't get signups from sex.com

I invested over $200US with sex.com and only 1 sale... google's adwords send me about 40 signups at least for that much money.

Sex.com I don't get a good turn around from them. You get lots of hits but the conversions are bad. Not worth it

Unless you have very targeted, low cost keywords, you can/will spend money like its water

On the downside it is not as easy to manage a large campaign with them as with overture or findwhat.
