Saddam in charge would in all seriousness be better for our homeland security, but for the people of Iraq it's alot better being occupied by the US.
If we can somehow deal with the problem of the growing number of terrorist cells that couldn't thrive under Saddam, then the situation will probably be pretty good over there.
