The other way I always thought about was to have a bar that just happens to have these hot chicks always hanging out. If you want one of the hot chicks you buy them the "special drink" which just happens to cost a few hundred bucks or what ever her price may be so to speak. If you happen to hit it off, adjourn to a nearby hotel/ bathroom stall/ automobile as two consenting adults... what are they going to do? Publicize it? It's like free advertising.
