Help: How to get my money from insiteadult

I posted for ask my money last two day.
here the last post
They sent me email today:
"Sorry to hear about your account but I regret to inform you that you are in violation of our terms and conditions for posting confidential information about your account on a public board, your account has been suspended and all funds will be forfeited."
The fucking company , they don't pay you and lie everytime and they don't allow you talk.
They fuck you everytime but they don't like you fucking back.

Tell me what i should do to get my money?

What else was he to do?
It took me 6 months and about 20 msgs/emails to finally get my check... they kept telling me they are "resending" but would always get "lossed in the mail" for some reason.
Obviously Insite has problems, I know of many other webmasters that are still waiting for their checks.

That's what happens when you promote a company without a board and with a poor webmaster support. Next time, choose someone that doesn't deny you payment just for bringing a non-payment issue public.

If you had a real world job somewhere and one week they didn't pay you so you posted this to FuckedCo.com, that company can't say "not only are you fired posting that, but we are also keeping your owed earnings as further punishment!"

I wish people would start filing suits agianst some of these adult programs who refuse to pay affiliates for any reason they deem fit. If this was out in the real world, it just wouldn't fly.

I'm sure most of the time the program has caught a cheater, but there's also some real questionable stories out there.

That's bullshit, your payment is 4 months late and now they're saying they're canning you because you complained about it? Obviously they're weren't planning on paying you anyway, and this is just an excuse. They lied about a check being in the mail, and now they're openly stealing your money. That's a crime, if you're not going to sue them, contact the local police department where they're located, and forward them all the e-mails. I was under the impression that Insite was a good company, but this is showing that they're quite the opposite Matt26z is right, sponsor companies think they're Gods sometime, they think they can pick and choose who to pay and who not to pay. Guess what, that's not the case, if you withhold someone's earnings for a bullshit reason like asking for a late check on a board, you're a thief.
