CCBILL referring URLs.. WTF?

Perfectiongirls: That's a different thread, isn't it? I'm talking about seeing the URLs that your signups came from. When i click on "REFERRING URLS" in the CCBILL admin interface, i get a "NO DATA" message. I used to see a list of the pages that the signups came from. This has been going on for almost a week. How freaking hard is it to fix? It was working before :P

They said it would be fixed by Monday, it's 4pm Monday their time right now. I hope the techs don't go home at 5, cos it's still not working.

What hasn't been mentioned yet is whether it's a recording or reporting issue. When the problem is fixed, will we be able to see the data from the past week?

keep getting no data almost all the time. very very tiresome.

I tried on an account with a signup today and it shows referring URLs... but only 2 out of 8 sales. If I try another account that has had 11 sales earlier in the week (but none today), I get the error. Both times I am checking between 19-26th August

I guess that means that means that no referring URLs were recorded for the duration of this problem... is this a permanent thing or are the techs working on restoring this data?

I send traffic to most of my ccbill affiliate accounts from multiple sites. Referring URLs are the only way I can track where the sales are coming from, since ccbill doesn't offer subaccounts or any form of unique tracking code. (aside from signing up for one account per site... which would mean I'd be juggling 100+ affiliate accounts)
