Well Iraq itself admitted these weapons in 1998. But say they destroyed them. They arent exactly the kind of people to trust. They said we werent even in Bahgdad when we were two blocks from them.

Its a rough world. Should come out of the Berekely coffee shop sometime.

What is there to be suprised about? Pretty much every high ranking Iragi offical that we have causht - that very likely will spend the rest of their lives in prision for war crimes and with nothing to lose have said repeatedly and almost in unision that Iraq had a WMD program in the late '80s but after the first Irag war and with the UN sanctions, they got rid of the program.

We will never find WMD in Iraq because they scraped the program 10 years ago, but the sad part is the people of the US doesn't seem to mind the fact that they were conned into a war/conflict that is currently costing us about $4 billion (yes with a B) a DAY. That is probobly the saddest commentary about the state of America is that people just don't care that they were lied to flat out.

until Saddam and Bin Laden are eradicated, the treat is always there. the effects of terrorism has been the headlines all over the world lately.

i hope N. Koreans don't light their nukes...it will be hell for everyone of us.

sure... If you dont want to surrender and are getting attacked by the police... and have a bazooka and a knife in your possession.... will you throw your bazooka over to the neighbor (and then get killed in 5 sec trying to fight with your knife) so the police dont find the bazooka and accuse you of carrying an illegal weapon!??
