    Should Prisons be liable for deaths?

    I don't give a shit about prisoners, but if they were not given
    the death penalty, shouldn't the prison be somewhat responsible
    if they are killed while incarcerated?

    Seems to me the priest that was killed the other day
    should have been protected better. I'm sure they knew
    his life was in danger there.

          yes. I am not about pampering prisoners, cable tv, etc.
          But to not have personal safety is a joke

                  the word correctional facility was made for the public... Prison is not correctional..we all know that. The justice system is a money making machine..that is all....

                  these are only a broad based examples of our government controls and run things...

                  fletch, i feel your pain for your friend.. my youngest bro was sent to raeford (the 99% black prison outside of Philly...hardcore as hell) for three years for violation probation..was that right.. no.. but he's out..he's alive..and he wasnt punked out. as Baretta would say.."don't do the crime if you cant do the time"..(is he eating his words right now..lol)
