        word, run your ad in personals and shit like that. those girls know what they are looking for and know what they will have to do to get that money.

            Once I stucked in Hungary without girls and with 2 photografers and all equipment and huge villa .. I ve planned to shoot some russian girls there but they didnt arrive ..
            So I ve found few local girls in the bar which didnt really want to work like that and offered them 300USD per girl they find...


            In 2 days I got about 40 models waiting in the lobby ..

                when you are approaching girls on the strreet how do you know if they are even 18? I wouldn't want to approach some 15 year old then she goes home and tells dad this pornographer came up to me and gave me his business card. I think you would receive a visit from the dad the next day

                    every guy who shoots content i've talked to quickly learned that
                    you will have little success recruiting models directly out in the public. It's not worth the time and effort and it won't be long until a boyfriend or the cops are on your ass.

                    Take out ads in newspapers and other rags young chicks read, alternative newspapers. Tack an ad up for models wanted wherever u can - colleges being your best bet.

                    You need to hook up with nude/adult talent agent recruiters.

                    POVPorn Guy has recruited girls right off the street but I guarantee you that is not the norm for him, strip clubs mostly and advertisements.

                    Once you have started shooting girls, your best resource will be the girls themselves, give them 50 bucks for every friend they refer to you.

                    You can also try the online model directories but from my experience it's pretty frustrating.

                    There aren't enough hot young girls doing this, I need 20 girls in the next 30 days to fill an order for a client. That is going to be tough when u consider that clients will only approve maybe 10-20% of the girls I send out.

                    And the worst part is that some of the agents and girls themselves are raising prices - they have no clue what the Internet content market is and how much it will bear when it comes to talent fees.
                    There are girls now asking to be paid per set, $100 - sorry $1,000 for 10 pretty girl amateur solo sets is just not possible.

                                    sometimes even cash isn't king. just had this conversation with Brian, $1,000 is nothing to many of these girls. you'd think for somebody 19 years old with zero skills they'd jump at the chance to make a grand for 6 hours of work. but most of them are lazy, if they can make $1,500 getting two dicks in the ass from a video company they'd rather sit on their asses the rest of the week than take a still photography job even if it's paying $1,000.

                                        btw we don't pay $1,000 a day for solo girl stills, that was my suggestion to Brian that we pay more and the customers will have the option of booking more expensive girls or not.

                                        but according to him the the money is not the issue.

                                                You need a few things though.

                                                1. A portfolio.
                                                They will trust you more if they see work you have done in the past.

                                                2. Once you have at least one girl in the club, the others will follow.

                                                3. Business cards.

                                                4. DON't buy any dances.
                                                They will think your a pervert and never shoot with you.

                                                5. Have at least one girl with you that you have shot before.

                                                                A typical wage for a boy/girl scene is around $700. Give or take.

                                                                A typical wage for an escort to do full-blown sex....one that's good looking, anyways....is the same amount. (Of course I don't know this first-hand, but simply from what the girls have told me).



                                                                Why do it on camera when you can get the same amount off camera?

                                                                Almost every single time I've shot a stripper/escort, it's been a huge hassle...they're bitchy, they don't wanna be there, and the shoot shows that way after it's edited.

                                                                        Good points, also just because some girls is easy it also doesnt mean they want to do things with a camera on. I personally tell girls if a photographer (if its a big company its a different matter)wont let you bring someone with you for the first shoot dont work with them. It's a big help bringing a girl with you when recruit, it gives you more creditablity. I am lucky my wife does the recruiting which makes it a lot easier.

                                                                            In reality, dancers can make more money dancing for a few hours in front of a bunch of drunk yahoos (with NO cameras, I might add) than the average web based porn producer can pay them for a shoot. They dance, get paid and go home. Generally, the only ones you'll get to do shoots are the druggies and the ones at the end of their "dancing" careers which are generally NOT the ones you want.

                                                                            Best thing to do is take out a nice looking, honest ad in the local weekly and let them come to you. Word of mouth spreads quickly, and if you do it right, and treat the girls well, you'll have no problem with getting talent.

                                                                                    Find some ballers/players... well-dressed, decent looking young guys & offer them a business opportunity.

                                                                                    Tell THEM what you do, and let them know if they know any girls that are interested you'll pay them $100 per referral for girls you use.

                                                                                    Of course just like with approaching girls, approaching these guys with a couple fine ass girls on your side & flashing a little bling yourself probably wouldn't hurt.
