And you would need to prove age in this case for what reason?

I would imagine that with most "normal" shots (girls in bikinis on the beach for example) there wouldn't be any issues, as if the face is not visible, the girl probably wouldn't care and even if she did she wouldnt' be able to prove that it's her in the picture.

Same with probably upskirt pics, posession of pics is probably not illegal, but I think you can get busted for taking them. Some guy just the other week got busted for taking pics in the mall (it was on the news), I think he was charged with "disorderly conduct" or something along those lines, so probably nothing too serious, but worth keeping in mind. He was just snapping pics of girls walking by, so situation on upskirt pictures may be different.

ive read a lotta stories of ppl gettin framed with a shoecam or any other hidden cam in dressingsrooms on the streets malls etc, im 200% positive its forbidden here in holland for privacy reasons, pretty tricky to video on beaches etc
