Don't count him out, he can win.
The dems need a kick in the ass for not putting someone better up.
Fear may determine the election. Fear Kerry can't do the job on security and fear of his tax hikes. So count on Bush playing that card heavy. If he pulls off the next speach better, memory of this one will fade.
