Well...
Today I decided to try something different. I think perhaps I only need 6 or 7 hours of sleep instead of around 9. So, I actually set the alarm and woke up early this morning.. last time I did that was to catch a plane. No Red Bull for me today, instead I got a 16oz coffee.
So far, so good! I'm going to do this for the rest of the week and see if my days feel any more focused or productive
