Which TGP2's are actually worth submitting to?

I agree with you, we make really good galleries.

But what is the point in trying out this new gallery, with only 5 thumbs linked, when the visitor can click on 6+ TGP links for other thumbs.
Then we have:
5 thumbs linked
2 sponsor banners
6+ TGP links

If this is 'normal', please correct me, but it seems off.

what the fuck is a tgp2?

Is it like a second class tgp?

I don't need recips. I'm small and don't send much traffic. But I think all traffic is good traffic...

TGP2 is going to be a series of TGPs with a little but different setup then everyone is use to from a TGP. Or gallerys will have about 15 thumbs only 5 of which will lead to pics the others arent linked at all, with only 2 sponsor links and no recip unless there are others of course and those have to be TGP2 links as well.

TGP2 is the misunderstanding that surfers rather go to a page with links to galleries with 5 pictures and 10 thumbs not linked instead of a site with links to fully working galleries. How do you guys expect to get traffic to this? And more importantly how are you going to keep traffic? I love the idea though, I'm sure I'm going to get a whole lot of surfers 'cause of this...

I don't think you'll get more traffic .. cause if someone knows ur TGP then he's not surfing through others ... and there're CJ2 sites - still growing cummunity with minimal content and mostly exit consoles and even these sites got bookmarkers ! I knew the big TGPs wouldn't accept this but I'll give it a try .

If we get enough people to do this, so it's harder for the average surfer to find free porn, they are more likely gonna sign up.

It looks to me like a bigggg misunderstanding:
the idea of CJ2 is, not to fuck the surfer but treating him/her with a little bit respect. And they hope to make more money with such a surfer as with a really pissed off surfer.
The idea of your TGP2 is to fuck the surfer a little bit - and I don't believe this a way to make more money.
And you forgot one thing: CJ2 rules contain one very important rule. CJ2 are not allowed to trade with CJ1, because this turnes the traffic to shit again. If you really wanna trade with normal TGP - let me know, I chancel all other trades to trade with TGP2.

Ok let's take this one point at a time:

Which TGP2's are worth sending galleries to?
All of em why? because once everything is set up it will be one big traffic exchange between all TGP2 sites

Second focussing on the amount of hits is a misconception in my opinion.

Like would you rather have 10 hits and a sign up or 100,000 hits and one signup?
Think of your bandwidth bill it would cost you more to get that sign up from a TGP then the sign up will make you

I think the answer to that one is clear.

Keeping the surfer.

That's where I completely disagree with The Hun because I will personaly make sure there will be enough extra content there not competing with sponsors at all to keep em comming back, again and again and again.

Recips:

I think requesting a recip is not to much to ask as it will contribute to the traffic growth and therefor send all gallery makers more traffic back. I do think TGP2 sites should go easy on the ads on their sites and specialy in the beginning focus on getting hits to the galleries as priority #1

Also if/when this catches on and gallery makers realise they get more bang for their buck from TGP2 sites they will submit more to them then to TGP's so in the beginning The Hun might get more surfers but over time less submissions and as a result loose traffic. This I think is a matter of duration if we hang in there long enough this will be a succes but like all things it has to get worse in order for it to get better ultimately.
