Na that TOS is old, thats how the spider worked a long time ago.
the Scooter (AV Spider) will only scann you first page, and you won't get a top 10 place on a keyword that converts if you don't pay.
ie. a top 10 listing in "free whatever" on will only eat bandwidht on the other hand "young teens" may convert U just have to buy that keyword for a lot of $
Try to work with other languages than english, that still works.
