Uh, no. Emulators are not illegal, and if you own a copy of the game that you download the rom for, that's not illegal either. Falls under fair use. What emu sites are and emulators in general are is a target of persecution by companies that will do everything they can to protect their bottom line.
Emus and roms are NOT illegal. However, that said, 12Clicks is well within his rights to reject that kind of traffic, although I'm not sure why he would, it would seem to be a natural matchup.. What's the reason Ron?
