I'm not sure what you define as regular flashing?
Spring Break flashing is expected, flashing in the middle of San Francisco on a regular Thursday is not as common. So when I say pushing it to extreme, I mean we get girls to expose themselves where it is NOT expected. I think this is more of an honest approach to public flashing then Mardi Gras content under public flashing title. But hey, everyone has their own definition. All I know is that our current members loving it.
