Believe it or not, my girlfriend just had exactly the same thing. It could be a virus. Her doctor treated it like one and 2 others from her workplace were also out with it at the same time. Bland foods, don't lie down for three hours after eating, and take Tylenol rather than aspirin or ibuprofin. Hang in there bro.
BTW, I saw Glory last night and saw your bosses name in the credits. You work on that one?
