Porn Dollar don't pay

I sent Porn Dollar about 30-32 signs. I thought it had been a while so contacted them via ICQ to ask if checks had been mailed. They told me I had been terminated... no email, no closure of the account.

I asked if I'd get paid they said no. actually they said "no, we're done. good day"

The FAQ on their program says they accept optin... I sent optin with prior approval from them. They then canned me without notice and kept my dough. If they had any serious complaints I could prove it was all optin member datasebase stuff.

I never saw any evidence of complaints or anything. They weren't willing to listen.

You could at least be accurate - porn dollar don't pay YOU. As with everything I expect there's two sides to this. Intresting how many of these threads usually backfire on the guy claiming he wasn't paid.

Have to wait and see on this one I suppose.

I agree 100%.

Knowing Jason and the Porn Dollar program there is waaaaaay more than meets the eye! Usually always is.

PD has always paid us on time everytime! They are solid people with a solid program....

I am sure that we will hear their side soon enough.

If those two programs have cancelled you than I have this question: Are you also giving the enduser the chance to opt out? Seriously, are you trying to keep your list clean? Because I have a hard time believing that your are sending clean lists promotional offers for TCG and Porn Dollar and not getting paid as a result.

gota love the guys with their first posts to the boards bitching about being terminated for spam after they get their sponsors network blocked and then pissed about not getting paid...

What is unexecptiable?

Having your Class C blocked, the hosting company about to shut you down, and administation fee's for the attorney.

You promised that your "members database" was opted in and assured me no problems. If you recall, I stated "If I get any heat from this, your gone."

If you refer to the Terms of PD, you will notice articial 2. Stating.. "IF WE DETERMINE YOU PROMOTE OUR SITES WITH SPAM/UCE, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT NOTICE, ALL AMOUNTS OWED WILL BE FORFEIT. "

With that in mind, we are fully in our right.

I have never...let me repeat...I HAVE NEVER...Had a problem getting paid from Jason under either PornDollar OR the prior CherryBucks program.

I just wish he would stop sending me flowers every week. It is kinda spooky.
