No trial, and no recourse. It's done, over. They won't even listen to the guy that was banned, he' s on the balck list and finished in the game. Shemp hasn't done that, but know that he CAN, at any time.
For someone in the TGP game pissing shemp off like this is like walking out into a mine field without a map. The issue at hand is really none of my business, so I will stay out of that. However I feel it necessary to add my regarding Shemp and his integrity.
I have met alot of people in this business and I have yet to meet someone as genuinely kind-hearted and understanding as Shemp. I've met quite alot of very nice people, but Shemp goes above and beyond to be respectful and professional to everyone. In fact, it is indeed a rarity to find someone like him in any sector of business. Shemp is as good as gold, and to question his integrity is simply ludicrous. Tell me I'm kissing ass all you want, it won't bother me any. If stating my opinion about someone I think is a fantastic person through-and-through is kissing ass, then *SMOOOOOOOCH*! But I'd say the same thing about him if his site got 5 hits a month and he lived in a backwoods Ozark cabin with a run-down outhouse in the back and he spent his days picking boll weevils off the cotton plants and his nights picking the banjo with his drunk Uncle Willie. He's a darned nice person and I can't stand to see anyone say otherwise.
I know I'll piss some people off here, and I'm sorry. But fair is fair and I don't think most of the people berating him really know him at all. I highly suspect that if you did, you wouldn't say the things you're saying.

The 3 galleries a day Shemp lists for me in his top 20 links send 50k+ visits/day total (A mature gallery has sent 26k on its own).
These are high quality visitors as the top links have no skim and trust this tgp as it is well know and repected.
As has been stated often on various boards the top 20 or so links acount for %80 of the sales.
Now Shemp has implimented the new page with the full descriptions (for platinum+gold+ submiters) the traffic has increased as has its quality.
Without knowing what niche you were trying to promote i could not even guess at the traffic a gold+would generate(all i know is if you cant makes sales on shemp then you either need to change sponsor or hone your marketing skills.
Every time I have emailed Shemp I have fairly quickly recieved a response (unless he is of networking or playing bingo).
This post is non-political it answers your original question.
I have no afiliation with Shemp I hand him $ he lists me.

Shemp is #1 in my book. Not every gallery that is listed is going to make bling right off the bat and some may take even longer than a few listings. So many factors could be the cause: layout, text, pictures, subject matter, sponsor, etc. The fact that Riosluts had 3 galleries on Shemp for 2 days and received 1.3k hits is pretty damn good for a GOLD account in my opinion. It is sad to see Shemp deactivate anyone's account but Rioslut could have simply worded the question differently. It did sound like he was ungrateful for the free GOLD account traffic from Shemp. A simple question asking about other people's success with GOLD PLUS may have caused less problems. A wiser person would just have emailed Shemp and ask for his advice. Shemp is always willing to help up to a point.Comment
