The ref URLs work for other CCBill sponsors, but just not for Hegre... Strange.

Yes, I am seeing that exact same error on today's transactions. Earlier days show fine. Just bad luck that it's happening today, as I have a gallery listed on thehun... I can't confirm if the signups are coming from him!

I am seeing this problem on a NEW account too. The transaction report shows sales, but if I load up that account and try to check the referers it shows that error. I haven't had a response from ccbill yet.

This is the reply I got from CCBill:

"This is not a problem with the URL's. Because of the forms the website is using, our system doesn't track this. This is the webmasters setup and there is nothing we can do to change this for you."

Anyone from Hegre on GFY?

hey this is Ryan from Hegre.

ccbill was working on their affiliate interface. it was down for a day or so and i think there were still bugs in it yesterday afternoon.

today it looks like all reporting is back to normal.

anyone still having problems?

If you're talking about the Referring URLs in the affilate admin, this tracks the referring URLs of successful sales, not clicks. Is that the problem?
