The funny thing is, im going to find out where he is listed on the Search Engines & offer a free alternative, i just got done writing tutorials on TGP submissions.
The plain fact is, if you dont have HOT content & good design your nothing...& thats something you cant teach people for 140$...so i dont think we have anything to worry about lol =)
