it's been a year and half or so now and it's a piece of cake...

PS: I smoked a pack a day from the time I was 13 till I was 30-something....so it wasn't a casual habit I had to kick...

get the patch, use for the first few days, then just chew gum & drink tea like a mofo and after about 2-3 weeks it's a breeze....oh and lay off the booze & coffee for a while...

I quit in about 1992 the patch was brand new then. I was a cranky son of a bitch, but I am really glad I quit. There were 3 other smokers in the house and no one even had the decency to not blow the shit in my face!

Juicy, I'll tell you how to quit real fast.

Take a small box about half the size of a shoebox.

Cut one small round hole in each end and fill the box with cotton balls.

Put a small plastic tube in one hole and your cig in the other.

Smoke your sig now with the cotton filled box acting as a filter to trap everything.

Do this for 7 days.

Open the box at the end of the week.

Keep repeating weekly until what you see in the box reaches the point where you get so grossed out seeing what smoking does to your lungs.

I built one of these in a science class in high school and helped an uncle who used to smoke 4 packs a day to quit using this technique.

I just stopped.

I woke up Halloween morning 1997 from a night of all night bartending and debauchery.

Woke up vomiting, craving a cigarette.

Lit the first one and started puking threw it in the toilet and have never smoked since.

If you WANT TO, you can.

If you arent ready to, you wont.

I wanted to and did.

If you cant 'JUST STOP' you dont want to.

Quit 3 years ago today.

Only regret in my life is smoking - that speaks vollumes - remember, I'm a pornographer.

Smoke or not... the craving will go away.

Sure you will put on weight, but at least you will be able to walk up stairs without passing out. If you don't smoke, then you can sleep without waking up in the middle of the night from coughing. Pasta will taste better... everything will taste better... pussy too!!!

In fact, you can fuck longer because then you wont be outta breath when you get to a hard pounding that girl guido ass!!!

Trying to quit smoking is the toughest thing to do. Im 26 and have been smoking 13 years! Half my life... And that really scares me sometimes. Ive tried to quit at least 8 or 9 times but I just cant seem to stop.

that was also a MAJOR influence on why I quit...I put them down about 4 months after the woman got pregnant...

I quit feb 5th 2001, started back in oct of 2002 at a wailers concert(i was fu#ked up been smoking ever since On sept 1st this year I will put them down for the last time.

But as any smoker will tell you, they are not the same, and I still get cigarette cravings.

I have friends who smoke, hell most of them do and I fight off the cravings like the rest of you.

It never goes away.

Yeah I smoke some herbs, but I dont chain smoke menthols and spend 5 bucks a pack times 2 a day. I dont have ashtrays all around me, my clothes dont stink like cigarettes, ( i threw away most of my clothes when I quit because I couldnt get the smell out)
