Can we please get the stat situation under control? If not.. can we get an explaination of what is going on and when it will be fixed?

Not only are stats down, but it seems to be effecting our affiliate traffic and sign ups in a pretty big manner. You know I love you guys, but I am suprized that there has not been much, if any information passed on regarding this problem.

Yes... I read that, but that was for the affiliate admin. Sponsor admin is down also and sales have droped of since the main admin went done also. I think it would be a good thing to CCbill to start a thread about it or email there clients on this matter.

Info is a good thing. Jeff happy when he has info!

affiliate links should be working, if that is not the case, let us know

Ive tested all of our affililate links and all are clicking through correctly. Its the main admin. https://webadmin.ccbill.com/ that is not working and showing an Error upon login. Everything is clicking through fine... that is not the current issue.

yep... same here and the same everywhere else. I talked to Mark a couple hours ago and they say the are on the problem and it will be fixed. Sales are being logged from what he tells me and should batch once the system is running again. Its the first time I have seen them go down for the day in two years.

yes... according to Mark we are and if Mark says so.. its go enough for me.

When it was down this morning then fixed, we had an email box full of confirmation sales emails, but none before that for today. We have not had one email sice it went down again at about 2pm est. We expect to be over run by emails again, once it is fixed.

i've been getting killer sales and rebills all day w/ ccBill on my paysites, whats the problem you guys are having? earlier i had some issues w/ timeouts when trying to view transaction lists, but its been working fine for hours now.. ? ~

Stats are only half working for me.
But at least I am getting up sales etc - Up on average - So looks like everything is getting logged as it should be.

Yeah... I'm sure it will be resolved, but it has not been as of yet. They are a very faithful company and I'm sure it's on its way to being resolved.

It has been made clear that affiliate sales and info are being logged, but its spooky to see our affilate sales drop by 80% in one day and 100% so far today.

We are still finishing the maintenance and upgrades to our affiliate system that we began yesterday. We have attempted to inform everyone by posting messages within the webadmin and through a pop-up for affiliates. The only system affected is reports related to affiliate transactions as of the last two days (both in the webadmin and the affiliate reporting system). All tracking and logging of sales is occuring.

Once the maintenance is complete, you will be able to see your stats for the last two days. Any reports you run without the affiliate information should still be functioning properly. Also, any reports run with date ranges prior to 8-18-03 should also return data. We are attempting to finish the upgrade as soon as possible, and will try to keep everyone informed through our normal channels.

We know this is an inconvenience, but we would rather have report features down than lose current and future transactions due to non-maintained and upgraded systems. Thank You for your patience.
