                        Reminds me of when Yahoo sued www.yahooka.com. The suit wasn't regarding the name so much as it was the logo. Yahooka changed the logo from one that looked just like Yahoo's, case was dropped.

                        You can't fuck around with corporate trademarks and not expect to have their lawyers calling.
