One of two things are going on here, Labaret, either you are lying about even receiving the letter OR you are lying about your last name and residence........ the ONLY way you could have gotten that letter is if you signed up for the Vector Force Affiliate program..... that is the only possible way........ and if you did get it then you lie about your last name. So which is it?
