you are right personnal trainers are fucking expensive, i was lucky. my friend is personal trainer, so he gave me some advices and now I am doing that by myself. So fuck the expensive bastards and find somehahahaha who's gonna help you just at the beginning and than you gonna make it by yourself.

Twice a week with him doing chest and arms one day and black shoulders the other. You can do legs yourself. Once I learned how it was done I went on my own and a buddy. I'm all ripped out so it's worth it if you got the cash to spend.
