      Come on. A large majority of the world lives in problamatic areas. In the US you have the Hurricane areas (most of Florida), Tornado alley, The hundreds of thousands of flood plains, entire cities behind dams etc.

          and i say fuck'em. if you live in a spot that has a disaster every other year then you're on your own. it's different if it's every 20 or 30 years or whatever, but every year or every other year in the same spots and you can go fuck yourself.
