here in the UK we have a paper called the Daily Sport.. last year, they had a 15 year old and they were hyping it up every day for about 2 weeks up to here 16th birth when they could picture her topless... the pictures they used in he buildup were extremely sugestive.

172.1 (1) Every person commits an offence who, by means of a computer system within the meaning of subsection 342.1(2), communicates with

(a) a person who is, or who the accused believes is, under the age of eighteen years, for the purpose of facilitating the commission of an offence under subsection 153(1), section 155 or 163.1, subsection 212(1) or (4) or section 271, 272 or 273 with respect to that person;

(2) Every person who commits an offence under subsection (1) is guilty of

(a) an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than five years; or

(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.

Simply the subject matter of the conversation could bring up charges on that offense.. just look at the cops who pretend to be under-age girls and hit the chatrooms.. Espically if the subject matter continues after you know she is underage.

It's a grey area.. but I would stay out of it ;)

My thoughts exactly - they make it seem like they are cleaner or more upstanding than the next photographer yet the fact remains that they are in contact with a minor regarding a deal they plan to make when they are adults. I sure hope you aren't making her sign a contract now.

My question is, what would make a 17y.o. girl, who should be thinking about going to school and studying to at least have something to fall on in the future - contact a photographer doing porn? I wouldn't be surprised if it's cops. Anyhow, if I were you, I'd be giving her other options or avenues to go - if in a year from now she still wants to do it, then I'd consider it.
