    David G Marshlack / Shane Penrod / John Chambers,

    Hey crooks. I'll give you guys until tomorrow morning to pay me the balance of the money you owe me.

    You guys know I busted my ass for well over a year building up Datahosters. Then you hounded me to either get on your network or purchase my business, you got what you wanted but you don't want to pay for it.

    That's not very nice, is it?

    To top it all off according to our agreement you were supposed to HONOR the commitments I had with my customers at the time. I have written statements from close to 30 of those customers stating otherwise.

    I'll wait to hear from you, my phone numbers are no secret.

    For everyone reading this, stand by. I'm pretty sure I can post all the proof I have, as it will soon become public record if a lawsuit is filed. I will confirm with my attorney and post everything I have should that be in my best interest. If not, I'll keep everyone updated on that company full of scumbags.

                                      Shane Penrod signed the agreement and the original Corporation is still in business. They are still operating. You know, Candidcam, Voyeurdorm and so on. The new Company bought ENI's assets including the name (Candid Hosting / NEU) BUT not the Corporation.

                                      In fact John Chambers is with the NEW owners and he is fully aware of the deal I had with the original owners, yet he doesn't see any need to pay me the money they owe me.

                                                      I know that during the transition that most of your customers were left hanging by you and we were scrambling for days trying to get them all up as fast as possible.

                                                      As was mentioned earlier in a post, David has sold CandidHosting and is no longer involved in that company.

                                                      Let me advise you that I will notify our in house counsel. As everyone is aware on this board, make no mistake about, when David returns and reads this post he will go straight to his in house attorneys and take all steps necessary to protect his name and others from such a lowlife as yourself.

                                                                              Sue on loser. It costs us nothing to litigate. You have been paid in full. You can spend money on laywers while we use in house counsel and sue you for slander.

                                                                              Your customers were moved within 48 hours after the day we signed the contract, since your bandwidth was being terminated.

                                                                              Once again, let me reiterate, if your case is so strong, why would you be begging on GFY instead of using the legal system.

                                                                              I guess the old cliche is true, If you can't run with the BIG dogs.....stay on the porch.

                                                                                          On the other hand, Marshlack, 37, had experienced some previous success. In the early 1990s, he built a successful real estate business in Tampa, Florida, specializing in residential housing owned by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Problems, however, developed following some dubious partnerships he engaged in and unscrupulous business decisions he made.

                                                                                          In July 1991, when VA officials discovered that he was late making payments (or didn?t pay at all) on homes his company sold, he was indicted by a federal grand jury for stealing $184,000. Marshlack pleaded guilty to embezzlement and was sentenced to six months at a halfway house in Tampa. About a year after his release he encountered more legal troubles. In February 1993, federal drug agents arrested him for participation in a small-time cocaine ring. Marshlack pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 58 months for conspiracy and violating parole.
