advancedsubmitter is the best imho

Hand-submitting is best.
Get G.A.S.S. (or make your own custom submit list of your favorite TGPs), roboform, and EZ macros. Set up some macros in EZmacros for the things you find yourself having to type out alot (description, thumbnail location, etc...) and go to work.

I submit to about 240 tgps daily by hand using this method, in 35-40 minutes depending on how fast I feel like working.

I have used <a href="http://tgp.gallerysubmitter.com/?ref=baldpu" target="_blank"><b>GallerySubmitter</a></b>, and honestly, it is the best application available on the market today. It's free. It submits to 1,087 TGPs. It's easy to use. If you have control over your server (cgi-bin), and a good idea of what you're doing it's a snap. Otherwise, Oscar (ICQ: 260457359) is there for you and can resolve any problems you encounter.
