it doesnt seem like payment would be an issue. How many people did he get to actually goto your sites?

That line means he can cancel the affiliate's account whenever he wants, with or without reason.

If I recall correctly, you recently cancelled all your affiliates' accounts simply because one or two were found to be cheating.

Mind you the lawyer may take one look at Epic and decide they are not worth suing.

But I will pay people out if they do not break the rules, which will be specific, and I will pay out on all joins that do not later charge back. Maybe hold the money three months on a cancelled webmaster.

I'm not developing my business? I just reurned from London with an empty case, it was full of sets when I went. Sold 24 sets and not at $35.

Well, doggpimp never said anything about the conversions not being good enough. And if they ended up not being, then ok. But unless the guy changed the site before i saw it, there wasnt any "urging" of the surfers to cancel. Simply telling them that they can or that its not difficult is the same as urging them to do so? As i stated before, i can see why the guy should tone down that kind of thing. He did also say "enjoy your free porn" which in combination does amount to suggestion. But still, i didnt see any urging.
Anyway, evidently doggpimp is taking the course of allowing the guy to change things, which is the proper way. My faith in epic cash is restored! Well, sort of.
