Epic would have to prove he intended the sign up to cancel instead of pointing out how easy it was.

With Epic using "Free Porn" to sell their site they are going to have to point out that making the cancellation process easy and visible is part of their strategy. Unless they intend to get the surfer to sign up and hide the cancellation process.

The problem is this program is run by someone who acts first and thinks second, I know because I do it as well. Then without any more thought comes here and screams about it. When shown another view point he continues to rant. Troy just pray this guy does not know a lawyer.
