The guy that signed, has a working credit card, and is looking for porn.
You are now spamming him with your mailer programme and should at least make 2 sales from him. (Anything under that as an average is not good mailing)
If you have upsells in your members area, there is a good chance you will get extra cash there.
So you are already in profit.
If you can this guy - I trust you let him know so he can send his traffic elsewhere to a company that knows how to profit from every join.
I'm shaking my head here after reading this whole thread.. in essence what you're saying is that the only way to make money off trials is to depend on the ignorance of the surfers? I don't see one thing wrong with what this guy did. He was giving the surfer all the facts.. any worthwhile program should be able to stand up to this and make money from it.. if not.. why the hell are they offering it? He doesnt actually tell them to cancel, he tells them it's hassle free (although he emphasizes that ALOT)... Unless there's something in your terms against that I don't think you can consider it cheating.

I do think that site goes a little too far, but not enough to warrant termination/non-payment without any warning. It seems to me there's a lot of inconsistancies here, and if I were an affiliate of epic cash and saw this thread, I'd be worried about getting what I earned.

BTW - I remember surfer was asking me why donot I have sign-out info on my site. He was afraid he won't be able to signout. After I explained him how this stuff works, he signed in. Now I have the signout info on all my signup pages...
